Compassion Fatigue and Compassion Satisfaction among the Police
The project consists of a study of the effects on police officers themselves of the situations and clients that the police encounter in their work. The topic is approached from the perspectives of compassion fatigue and compassion satisfaction. The data gathered during the course of the project will be used to develop training and practices relating to compassion fatigue and wellbeing at work on a more general level.
