Network studies

Degree students of the Police University College can complete studies at other higher education institutions as well. Some of the studies offered by Police University College are available for students of our partner universities.

This section includes information about Tampere universities’ cross-institutional studies and the CampusOnline network of Finnish universities of applied sciences.

Cross-institutional studies offered by Polamk during the academic year 2026–2027

Autumn 2026

Sisäisen turvallisuuden ajankohtaisia ilmiöitä (4 ECTS)

This course is only available in Finnish.

This course examines key and current themes related to internal security in both Finnish and international contexts. The course consists of lectures delivered by various experts and aims to deepen the student’s understanding of the multifaceted nature of internal security phenomena. It supports the student’s ability to structure and interpret developments in a changing security environment, make well-founded observations, and provides skills for participating in professional discussions on internal security topics.

Places are reserved for students from the CampusOnline network, the Tampere higher education cross-study network, and Polamk degree students.

Registration takes place via the cross-study service in the study administration system, according to the student’s home institution’s instructions.

Registration is open from 3–10 August 2026.

Spring 2027

The offering includes one online course at bachelor level taught in English. Information about the spring 2027 offering will be published on this page during autumn 2026.
