COSI’s objective is to facilitate, promote and strengthen the coordination of operational cooperation of EU countries in the field of internal security. Along with its other obligations, COSI is responsible for evaluating the general direction and efficiency of operational cooperation. The role of the Police University College in this project is to formulate a proposal for the methods to be adopted in the evaluation of the operational cooperation on internal security, and then carry out the evaluation.
