Improving Access to Services for Victims of Domestic Violence by Accelerating Change in Frontline Responder Organizations (IMPROVE)

The project’s aim is to develop frontline responders in the prevention of domestic violence and accelerate the implementation of anti-domestic violence policies, while seeking to identify the reasons for domestic violence not being reported to the authorities.

The project will also produce an AI-based chatbot to support victims of domestic violence and provide information for them. The chatbot will offer a channel for accessing the service network and lower the threshold for contacting the authorities.

Moreover, the project will improve the educational material produced in the prior IMPRODOVA project.
