A person who has completed the Police University College Visit Request Form.

We process your personal data to arrange a visit. The processing of personal data is based on your consent (General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6, Section 1(a)).

5. Categories of recipients of personal data

Your personal data will only be processed by those persons who act as contact persons in connection with your visit to Police University College or another police unit.

6. Period of personal data retention

We delete the information received through the Visit Request Form once a year.

7. Access to your own personal data

You have the right to be informed by Police University College regarding whether your personal data is being processed and what data we are holding on you.

8. Rectification and deletion of your own personal data

You have the right to request the controller to rectify or delete your data. 

9. Right to refer matters to the Data Protection Ombudsman

If you consider that Police University College processes your data in a manner that is against the law, you have the right to refer the matter to the Data Protection Ombudsman.
