Strengthening the Capacities and Efficiency of the Security Academy – Albania

During the Twinning project, Finnish and Estonian experts from public administration authorities will work to improve the capacity of Albanian Security Academy to train and educate law enforcement officers in Albania. The objective of the project is to improve the education and training capacities, scientific research capabilities and overall management of the Security Academy in delivering professional educational programs for Albanian State Police and other Law Enforcement Agencies.

Timescale: January 2020 – April 2022
