Spontaneous interchange of information between authorities (Virvotieto)
The project studies the spontaneous interchange of information between the authorities and the related problems, interpretations and regulatory development needs. At the same time, the current legislation on the exchange of information will be surveyed and analysed, and a comparative legal study of the exchange of information between the authorities in Sweden, Norway, Estonia and England will be carried out.
The outcome of the project will be a recommendation on the development of the spontaneous interchange of information, including through legislation and procedures.
