Development of project competence in the Ministry of the Interior’s administrative branch: strengthening operations with external funding (PROOSA 2)

The PROOSA 2 project produces modular online and in-class training to develop project competence in the Ministry of the Interior’s administrative branch. The training modules will strengthen the basic project training produced in the previous PROOSA project. The new training modules will enhance competence in applying for external funding and in project preparation. The trainings will be suitable for project managers, other project personnel and specialists who support projects.

The project is supported by a monitoring group, with representatives invited from the Emergency Response Centre Agency, Finnish National Bureau of Investigation, Crisis Management Centre Finland, Finnish Immigration Service, Emergency Services Academy Finland, the Police University College, National Police Board, Border Guard Headquarters, Ministry of the Interior and Finnish Security Intelligence Service.
