Development of project competence in the Ministry of the Interior’s administrative branch (PROOSA)
The project will build and harmonise employees’ project competence in the Ministry of the Interior’s administrative branch. The project will prepare a modular online pilot course for persons working in projects to enable them to familiarise themselves with the key themes and methods of project work. The course is intended for all agencies within the Ministry of the Interior’s administrative branch. The teaching material can be utilised both in continuing education for personnel, and when needed, to provide a basis for project trainings organised by the agencies themselves.
The project is supported by the administrative branch’s expert monitoring group for project work, training and RDI, which comprises representatives of the Ministry of the Interior, the National Police Board, Finnish Security Intelligence Service, Border Guard Headquarters, Finnish National Bureau of Investigation, Emergency Services Academy Finland, Emergency Response Centre Agency, Finnish Immigration Service, Crisis Management Centre Finland and National Defence University Finland.
